All completed forms must be submitted to Distributor no later than October 31, 2022. Only Florida claims are eligible for February 1 – March 31 period.

Contractors must take 10% off of invoice at sale. Contractors can submit to Gemaire for 2/3 reimbursement before claim period ends. Contractors must provide the homeowner invoice. Contractor is responsible for verifying that home owner is eligible for this promotion.
