Order History

The Order History area offers you the ability to view all orders placed. This area on AcmeRef.com provides the much-needed information for all orders placed, including, Order Status, Invoice Date, Items Ordered, Pricing, PO Number and more.

Access Order History:

Access Order History by selecting the drop-down box next to your name or by scrolling to Order History found in the Dashboard Column on left.
You can also scroll down to “Recent Orders” on your Dashboard and choose “View All Orders”.

View Orders:

From the Order History section, you will be able to view orders in process under “Processing Orders”. You can also view all orders previously placed.

Search for Orders:

  • To quickly search for a specific order, click on “Filters”, found in the top-right of your screen.
  • You can easily find the order you are looking for by using this filter. Simply select one of the following search criteria:
    • Order #
    • Part #
    • Job Name
    • Serial #
    • Branch
    • Date Range
  • You can also expand the columns of information that is shown for each order by clicking on the “ “ Icon. Other columns include Invoice #, job Name and Branch.
  • You can also easily reorder items when viewing the “Order Details” of the order.
